Load/unload and direct aircraft, operate ramp equipment and drive a tug. Tug drivers must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

All applicants for Ramp and Warehouse Agent positions are required to pass a physical capability requirement, a drug screen, DHL background check, US Customs background check and CVG Airport clearance. The application usually takes place over two sessions at the DHL Recruitment Center with each session taking about an hour to complete.
Because DHL is located on CVG airport property, it is required to conduct a criminal background check on all potential candidates. The policies and regulations of the Kenton County Airport Board, Transportation Security Administration, and US Customs & Border Protection prohibit DHL from hiring individuals that have been convicted of a felony within the last ten years. An applicant who has been convicted of a misdemeanor will not be automatically disqualified from employment with DHL, but rather will be reviewed in accordance with the requirements set forth under state and federal law.
Ramp and Warehouse Agent positions are permanent positions. DHL offers flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time options.
DHL has a relationship with TANK (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky), and their 2X Airporter route drops off directly at DHL. TANK has multiple pick-up routes in Cincinnati, making it easy to commute using Cincinnati Metro Bus Service as well.
